How Our Pricing Works
Bloom & Begin provides personalized postpartum care based on your family's unique needs. Pricing varies depending on the type of care, schedule, and caregiver availability. During your complimentary consultation, we'll recommend the best care plan and provide a transparent quote with no hidden fees.
Pricing also may vary based on holidays, travel distance, twins, or other special care requirements. Any applicable fees will be discussed during your consultation before booking.

Daytime & Live-in Care Pricing
Daytime Care

- Duration: 8 Hours per day
- Weekly Care Fees: $1000 / week
- Reservation Deposit: $350 (Non-refundable) / week
Live-in Care
starting weekly rate
$1,750
- Duration: 24/7 Full Support
- Weekly Care Fees: $1300 / week
- Reservation Deposit: $450 (Non-refundable) / week
Minimum booking: 1 week. Care is fully personalized, with most families choosing 4–8 weeks of postpartum support.

Terms & Policies
Reservation Deposit
A Reservation Deposit is required to secure your preferred care dates and begin our personalized care planning, caregiver matching, scheduling, and reservation process.
The Reservation Deposit is applied toward your total service fee and becomes non-refundable once the Care Agreement has been signed and payment has been received.
Cancellation & Refund
Once the Care Agreement has been signed and the Reservation Deposit has been paid, the Reservation Deposit becomes non-refundable.
If Bloom & Begin is unable to provide the agreed-upon services before the scheduled care begins, all payments, including the Reservation Deposit, will be fully refunded.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified replacement caregiver.
Care Date Changes
We understand that babies don't always arrive on schedule. If your expected delivery date changes, Bloom & Begin will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your revised care dates. Adjustments are subject to caregiver availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfers. Detailed payment instructions and schedules will be provided in your personalized Care Service Agreement.

Closer to your due date, we'll confirm your caregiver, review your personalized care plan, and finalize arrival details and logistics.
